What exactly do you do?
We handle hotel sourcing and contract negotiation. We do not manage bookings or logistics.
Are you a travel agency?
No. We don’t manage bookings. The contract and booking remain directly between you and the hotel.
What size groups do you work with?
No minimum and no upper limit. We handle everything from small groups of 8 to conferences with thousands of attendees across markets like Toronto, Las Vegas, Nashville, Orlando, New Orleans, Barcelona, and Amsterdam.
Do you source venues overseas?
You bet. Our clients are international, and so are we. Whether your event is across the street or across an ocean, we’re ready to pack our (metaphorical) bags.
Money questions
Is it true your sourcing services are actually free?
Yes. Really. We source venues, consolidate RFPs, and negotiate your hotel contract at no cost. Hotels compensate us directly.
What about contract negotiations? How do you get paid for those?
For corporate contract negotiations, we work on a “win-win” model. We take a percentage of the actual dollars we save you. If we can’t negotiate a better deal than what’s on the table, you don’t pay us a cent. No risk, all reward.
Do hotels charge more if we go through you?
No. In most cases, you’ll pay less because we negotiate on your behalf.
What we handle
I don’t need an event, just a block of rooms. Can you help?
Absolutely. We handle room blocks all the time for corporate projects, long-term assignments, and business travel. If you need beds, we’ll find them.
What if I have an event but don’t need guest rooms?
No problem at all. Room blocks without a formal event are one of the most common things we handle.
We've been self-booking, or our employees book and get reimbursed. Can you still help?
Yes. That’s where we typically add the most value. A room block reduces costs, eliminates out-of-pocket spend, and gives you full visibility into your spend.
Can you help negotiate company-wide hotel agreements?
Yes. We can review your hotel usage and negotiate preferred rates with major chains. This is handled separately and tailored to your situation.
How to work with us
When should we bring you in?
Before any hotel outreach. That allows us to run a proper RFP and structure the deal correctly. If you’ve already started conversations or shortlisted hotels, we can still step in, though it may require a different approach.
Who signs the contract?
You do. The agreement is directly between your company and the hotel.
What if we go directly to the hotel after you source options?
We just need to be included on the booking so the hotel can recognize our role and compensate us accordingly. Finalizing through our sourcing process keeps everything clean.
What if our contracts are already locked in, or we need help beyond sourcing?
No issue on locked contracts. We can support future renewals or other meetings in the meantime. If something falls outside our scope entirely, we can connect you with trusted partners who handle logistics, planning, or travel management.
